
Clark Price is a trial attorney and certified mediator.
Clark Price is a founding partner of Cassidy Coates Price and a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in litigation and mediation. Since beginning his legal career in 1979, he has worked as a general practice attorney, a criminal prosecutor, and a civil litigator, developing broad experience across multiple areas of law.
Clark represents hospitals and physicians in matters before the South Carolina Medical Board and in trial courts. He also handles cases involving real estate and business disputes and defends claims brought against the City of Greenville. His appellate experience includes representing clients before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court in cases involving landlord-tenant disputes, civil conspiracy claims, and personal injury actions.
In addition to his trial practice, Clark is a South Carolina Supreme Court-certified mediator, assisting parties in resolving civil disputes across the state.
A leader in the legal community, Clark is a past president of the Greenville County Bar Association and has chaired its Client Relations Committee. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for medical malpractice defense every year since 2012 and was named Greenville’s Lawyer of the Year for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants in 2013 and 2016.
Clark is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the premier organization for trial lawyers in the United States and Canada. Fellowship is extended to no more than one percent of attorneys in each state and is granted only to those who have undergone a rigorous selection process and demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. His legal ability and ethical standards have earned him an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
