Lillian Keeling

Lillian Keeling is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. She represents clients in a range of matters, including medical malpractice, professional licensing matters, and business litigation, with experience handling disputes in both state trial and appellate courts.

Before joining Cassidy Coates Price, Lillian gained extensive experience defending manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in complex product liability cases involving wrongful death and serious injury claims. She also handled appeals in state courts across multiple jurisdictions in the Southeast and represented clients in premises liability and general liability matters.

Since joining the firm in 2023, Lillian has focused her practice on medical malpractice and professional liability defense, including representing professionals before licensing boards. She also advises clients in business litigation matters and has successfully argued motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in South Carolina state courts.

Lillian earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, she served as an Associate Articles Editor for the Law Review and participated in moot court, earning Best Brief honors in the national Prince Evidence Memorial Competition in 2019.

Originally from Georgia, Lillian continues to maintain ties to the region and welcomes opportunities to represent clients there. Outside of her practice, she enjoys biking, ceramics, live music, and exploring Greenville with her husband and their golden retrievers.
