Weyman C. Carter joins Cassidy Coates Price
Cassidy Coates Price P.A. is pleased to announce that Weyman C. Carter has joined the firm as a Partner in the Banking and Bankruptcy Practices. With more than 30 years of experience, Weyman focuses on representing creditors in commercial bankruptcy, foreclosure, and banking matters, assisting financial institutions and businesses in resolving distressed assets.
Weyman has extensive experience handling cases in federal bankruptcy court, South Carolina state courts, and out-of-court workouts. His clients include banks, commercial lenders, and businesses with real estate interests. He has successfully litigated and negotiated complex financial disputes, including fraudulent conveyance claims, lender liability defenses, and multi-property foreclosure actions.
