
Garrett M. Simpson is an attorney in the Litigation practice group.
Garrett graduated from the University of South Carolina, School of Law in 2022. Garrett received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and a minor in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, where he was a collegiate athlete in men’s Swimming and Golf.
While in law school, Garrett clerked for a law firm where he gained experience in insurance defense and civil litigation matters. Garrett was Executive Vice President of the USC Student Bar Association and the Managing Editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business.
Originally from Sarasota, Florida and Shelby, North Carolina, Garrett now calls Greenville, South Carolina home. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, and competing in triathlons.
